Niki Court holiday self-catering apartments, at Paphos Cyprus, are privately owned apartments available for rent during holidays. Hospitality and friendly atmosphere are our hallmark. Surrounded by our garden, Niki Court consists of two two-bedroom apartments and four studios. Studios are newly built, completed December 2000. Each one of our apartments and studios are fully furnished, clean, quiet and comfortable and offer solar- heated hot water and air conditioning. They are all at ground floor level and have private verandas to the garden.

They are strategically located at Kato Paphos, the most tourist area of Paphos and one of the main holiday destinations in Cyprus, in a cul-de-sac just off Apostolos Pavlos Avenue and behind the Ayia Solomoni catacomb.

The Paphos Harbour

This combination allows for easy access to all the facilities you would need, while offering quiet and relaxed accommodation. Bus stops to town center and Coral Bay beach are only 50 meters away. In less than ten minutes walk you can find a great variety of bars, pubs and restaurants able to satisfy every need, walk to the beach for swimming and water sports or go to the harbor. This small fishing port is attracting thousands of visitors every day and has an ancient Venetian fort.
